Hospitality Team Leader

About the role

The client is seeking a Hospitality Team Leader to join their established hospitality team in Harlow. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality and meeting customer SLAs while supporting the service desk and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Hospitality Team and communicate goals and deadlines.
• Update spreadsheets with installation, service requirements and completion data.
• Plan workloads, delegate tasks and assist with daily service desk operations.
• Perform customer service functions, answer queries and attend weekly meetings.
• Provide teams with updates on developments, programmes and policy changes.
• Ensure customer SLAs are met within required deadlines.
• Produce weekly customer reporting and invoicing.
• Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent Excel skills and competency in other Microsoft packages.
• Good national geographical knowledge (desirable).
• Previous team‑leader or leadership experience (desirable).
• Fast thinking and efficient problem‑solving abilities.
• Extremely strong attention to detail.
• Great customer service orientation.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities.
