Host – Guest Services

About the role

The Host will be the first point of contact for guests at Raffles London, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience. You will manage reservations, guide guests to their tables, and support the overall service flow in a luxury restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, handling queries, bookings and special requests promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions and special events.
• Accompany guests to their tables, orient them within the restaurant and answer brand‑related questions.
• Communicate reservation details with the reservations team and relay guest feedback to management.
• Assist callers courteously, take accurate messages and forward them without delay.
• Uphold grooming standards, uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Follow reporting procedures for any issues and comply with security, fire and health‑safety regulations.
• Support team members as needed and practice sustainable waste‑management practices.
