About the role

Join the Jumeirah Carlton Tower team as a professional driver, providing safe and courteous transportation for guests in the heart of Knightsbridge.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service to guests, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation.
• Maintain vehicles in proper condition, conduct daily vehicle checklists, adhere to traffic laws, and ensure safety of guests and vehicles.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of major London landmarks and destinations to give accurate directions and recommendations.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, offering trolley assistance and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Complete vehicle logbooks accurately, recording usage and maintenance details.
• Report any accidents, damage, or delays to the team leader immediately, maintaining open communication.

Required profile

• Full UK Driver’s Licence.
• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar driver role.
