Hotel Group Revenue Manager

About the role

Take ownership of revenue strategy across a growing portfolio of five London hotels operating under the Best Western and easyHotel brands. This newly created position offers a commercial professional the chance to shape and drive revenue performance for a family‑owned hotel group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the group's revenue management strategy across five London hotels.
• Manage pricing, forecasting and inventory for the portfolio.
• Maximise RevPAR, ADR and occupancy through effective yield management.
• Monitor booking pace, market demand, competitor activity and local events to identify commercial opportunities.
• Oversee performance across direct, OTA, GDS and brand distribution channels.
• Collaborate with Best Western and easyHotel brand partners to optimise distribution.
• Produce commercial reporting, forecasts and revenue insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with General Managers to support commercial decision‑making at hotel level.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management for a multi‑property hotel portfolio.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with brand partners and senior stakeholders.
