Hotel Housekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at La Mon Hotel & Country Club in Comber. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety across all guest areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our visitors. The role involves working flexible hours to accommodate guest arrivals and departures, and you will collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clean guest bedrooms to a high standard, including making beds and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure all bathrooms are spotless and fully stocked with soap, towels and other supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas throughout the hotel.
• Carry out laundry tasks as requested.
• Report any maintenance or guest issues to the Housekeeping Manager promptly.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Attend mandatory training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of hygiene.
• Good personal presentation and ability to work efficiently.
• Effective communication with management and team members.
• Reliable transport, as the hotel is not on a direct bus route.
