About the role

Join the Premier Inn team at London Heathrow Airport (Terminal 5) as a Kitchen Team Member. You will help prepare, cook and serve meals that enhance guests' stays, working across breakfast and dinner services. This role offers a fixed‑term contract with guaranteed hours and the chance to develop valuable hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner shifts.
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries, store stock correctly and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking presentable.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling busy periods and evening/weekend shifts.
• Willing to learn and develop kitchen skills.
• No prior hotel experience required.
• Ready to roll up sleeves when needed.
