About the Role

Are you a reliable professional looking to take ownership of overnight operations? As our Hotel Night Shift Leader, you will be the key guardian of our standards, ensuring a seamless and safe experience for our guests throughout the night.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and manage guest reservations and inquiries.
• Implement and uphold CQSMA standards (Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance, and Ambience).
• Conduct hourly security patrols and ensure the overall smooth running of the hotel premises.
• Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, including fire safety and evacuations.
• Maintain accurate duty manager logs, including detailed reporting of all accidents and incidents.
• Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, food hygiene, health and safety, and customs regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Resilient and calm under pressure, with the ability to handle emergencies or conflict situations effectively.
• Professional appearance and a strong sense of hospitality.
• Must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid right to work in the UK.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of the premises.
