Hotel Porter – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Porter to be the first friendly face for guests at Norton House Hotel & Spa. You will help create memorable experiences by welcoming guests, handling luggage and providing personalised recommendations about the hotel and local area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and throughout their stay, offering a warm and professional service.
• Assist with luggage handling, room orientation and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas, including the lobby and entrance.
• Support special events and guest requests as needed.

• Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
