About the role

Join WGC Ltd as a Hotel Room Cleaner at the Ibis Leeds, located on Marlborough Street. You will work alongside the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort in a busy hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to the hotel’s established standards.
• Replenish linen, toiletries and other guest supplies.
• Report maintenance faults and handle lost property.
• Ensure all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and functional.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet guaranteed weekly hours.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Willingness to follow instructions from the Head Housekeeper.
