About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and train the hotel team to provide warm welcomes and maintain gold‑standard room quality.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across front‑desk, housekeeping and guest services.
• Monitor health, safety and hygiene standards throughout the property.
• Address guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, stock control and operational reporting.

Required profile

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
