Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalised service to every guest.
• Read guests’ needs and adapt approaches to suit individual preferences.
• Utilise hotel systems and technology to manage reservations, check‑ins, and guest requests.
• Maintain a welcoming environment while supporting flexible working schedules, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Collaborate with team members in a non‑hierarchical, empathy‑driven culture.
