Housekeeper – 30 hrs/week in Barnes, £45k

About the role
We are seeking an experienced housekeeper to maintain a beautiful new property in Barnes for a couple who travel frequently. The role is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm (30 hours per week) with a salary of circa £45 k per annum. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day housekeeping, liaising with the client’s personal assistant, and ensuring the home is ready for their return. On‑site parking is available and the client values discretion and high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Daily cleaning to a high standard
- Laundry and ironing, including handling fine materials and dry‑cleaning
- Simple meal preparation (oven‑cooked dishes)
- Stocking the fridge and grocery shopping
- Coordinating with the PA on household stock and maintenance items
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas
Required profile
- Discreet and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeper role
- Strong laundry skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the PA
- Excellent time‑management and attention to detail
- Energetic and proactive approach
