About the role
Join Hallmark Care Homes as a Housekeeper and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Working on‑site in Eastbourne, you will support the care team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home.
Key responsibilities
- Follow the daily cleaning schedule to ensure every area is spotless.
- Report any defects or damage to furnishings promptly.
- Apply infection‑control policies and universal precautions, keeping accurate cleaning records.
- Participate in health and safety training and help meet all regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Demonstrates outstanding service and ethical behaviour aligned with the company charter.
- Has experience working in a domestic or similar environment (desirable, not essential).
- Shows awareness of health and safety practices.
