Housekeeper – Oxford City Centre

About the role

We are looking for reliable Housekeepers to join our cleaning team in Oxford City Centre. The role offers both full‑time and part‑time shifts starting between 6 am and 9 am, providing a stable income in a busy urban environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual cleaning using approved cleaning substances.
• Operate cleaning and polishing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Empty waste bins for collection and manage recycling.
• Collect used crockery and glasses from designated areas.
• Clean internal glass on doors and windows.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain building security and fire‑safety standards.
• Complete compulsory training and wear the provided uniform and protective clothing.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting and using cleaning equipment.
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional approach.
