About the role

Marston's is looking for a reliable Housekeeper to join its hotel and pub team in Ebbsfleet. This part‑time position offers 16 hours per week at a competitive rate of £13 per hour, providing a supportive environment where you can develop your cleaning expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas and pub spaces.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures.
• Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within shift hours.
• Collaborate with the wider hotel and pub team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a comfortable environment for guests.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns and part‑time hours.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of housekeeping equipment.
