Housekeeper – Part‑time, Reliable Hours

About the role

Marston's is looking for a motivated Housekeeper to join its award‑winning pub and hotel team in Clacton‑on‑Sea. You will help create a clean, welcoming environment where guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while following company cleaning procedures.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests, responding to any immediate needs.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
• Support the wider hotel and pub team as required.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Friendly, professional attitude when dealing with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work part‑time hours that suit personal commitments.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe handling of chemicals.
