Housekeeping Assistant

About the role

Join Hallmark Care Homes as a Housekeeping Assistant and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Working on‑site in Arlington, you will support the Head Housekeeper in delivering high‑standard cleaning services across the home.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the daily cleaning schedule to ensure every area is spotless.
• Report any defects or damage to furnishings promptly.
• Adhere to infection‑control policies and complete required cleaning documentation.
• Participate in health and safety training and comply with all safety regulations.

Required profile

• Demonstrates outstanding service and a strong work ethic.
• Upholds ethical standards and aligns with the company charter.
• Previous experience in a domestic or cleaning environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with health and safety practices is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health and safety practices relevant to cleaning.
