About the role

Join the housekeeping team at DoubleTree by Hilton in Bristol City Centre and help maintain the high cleaning standards expected by guests and the brand. This full‑time position offers flexible hours across the week, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Adapt to a flexible shift pattern, working any day between Monday and Sunday.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Hotel cleaning experience preferred but not essential – two weeks of training provided.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure while staying organized.
• Confident, professional and welcoming demeanor.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
