Housekeeping Supervisor (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Travelodge Stockport as a Housekeeping Supervisor on a full‑time basis. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train housekeeping staff to deliver consistent quality.
• Inspect rooms, bathrooms and public spaces to verify compliance with hotel standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and performance coaching to team members.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage daily workload.
• Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to support guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping or a hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and deliver clear feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
