About the role

As a Housekeeping Team Member at Crowne Plaza London Heathrow, you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable and welcoming. Your work behind the scenes directly influences how guests experience their stay, helping them feel relaxed and cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes.
• Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all room categories.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues or breakages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas.
• Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at the end of each shift.
• Work safely and responsibly, adhering to hygiene and health & safety guidelines.
• Contribute positively to the team by working cooperatively and reliably.

• Enjoys creating clean, comfortable and well‑presented spaces.
• Detail‑oriented and consistently follows standards.
• Comfortable working to routines and timeframes.
