About the role
The Housing Coordinator will deliver tailored, outcome‑focused support to customers with complex and multiple needs, promoting empowerment, independence and wellbeing across a defined geographical area. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure a high‑quality housing management service that meets regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised housing support to vulnerable customers, encouraging independence and wellbeing.
- Manage day‑to‑day housing operations, ensuring compliance with social housing regulations and best practice.
- Produce reports and communications using administrative and IT tools.
- Resolve incidents positively and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to the safe and effective operational management of care and support services.
Required profile
- Understanding of barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups.
- Experience in house management, preferably with knowledge of the benefits system and housing regulations.
- Proven ability to resolve incidents positively.
- Competent administrative and IT abilities for reporting and communication.
Required skills
- IT proficiency for producing reports and communications.
