Housing Management Application Support Specialist

About the role

The Hyde Group is seeking a Housing Management Application Support Specialist to join its collaborative team. You will ensure the stability and reliability of business‑critical housing applications while supporting upgrades, data quality, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert support across Hyde’s application portfolio, handling incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Lead investigations into high‑priority, recurring, or complex application, integration and data issues, identifying root causes and recommending long‑term fixes.
• Support configuration changes, minor enhancements, testing, upgrades, patches, releases and post‑implementation validation.
• Investigate data quality and reconciliation issues, produce reports, data extracts and analysis for business users.
• Collaborate with technology teams, suppliers and stakeholders to improve application stability, resilience, automation and service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting enterprise applications and data integration tools.
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, including incident, problem, change and release processes.
• Clear, collaborative communication style with the ability to explain technical issues in plain English.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for improving application stability, data integrity and automation.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £52,000‑£60,000 per year, dependent on experience.
