Housing Officer

About the role

The Housing Officer will be the primary point of contact for residents, managing a portfolio of tenants and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. You will work within a small, technology‑focused organisation that values innovative solutions for property management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residents and stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
• Lead tenancy‑related projects and service improvements, meeting agreed timescales.
• Conduct regular resident engagement and review meetings to identify needs and mitigate risks.
• Provide resident training, guidance, and support on housing services and digital tools.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service delivery, tenant satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case records, prepare performance reports, and use customer insight for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in property management or a related field.
• Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proactive approach to managing tenant relationships and challenges.
