Housing & Wellbeing Assistant – Night Shift (35.88 hrs/week)

About the role

You will join a dedicated team responsible for managing high‑quality accommodation and related services during night hours. As the first point of contact for residents, you will handle enquiries by phone, email or in person, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance and guidance to customers, helping them meet the terms of their occupancy agreement.
• Record and respond to feedback, complaints and compliments.
• Deal promptly with safeguarding concerns in line with client procedures.
• Maintain building security, conduct health‑and‑safety inspections and report communal repairs.
• Follow financial procedures and manage all monies received.
• Oversee communal and void cleaning alongside the wider team.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
• Evidence of IT proficiency.
• Experience in a customer‑facing, front‑line role within a busy environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure with attention to detail.
• Effective liaison with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues.
