HR Administrator – Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

Movianto is seeking an HR Administrator to provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR team. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is hybrid, based in Bedford with occasional travel to other sites, and offers a salary of £26,500 per annum.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line administrative support for HR, payroll and recruitment queries via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data‑protection and confidentiality policies.
• Prepare and issue HR documentation such as contracts, maternity letters and employment references.
• Assist with recruitment administration, including vacancy management through the ATS, advert posting, interview coordination and candidate record maintenance.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, updating HR systems and coordinating exit procedures.
• Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll related tasks.
• Support HR projects, meetings and wider team activities with efficient administrative assistance.

Required profile

• Experience providing first‑line administrative support for HR, payroll or recruitment functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information securely.
• Proven ability to prepare HR documentation and manage employee records accurately.
• Familiarity with recruitment administration and use of an Applicant Tracking System.
