About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join a primary school in Harrow. Working Monday‑Friday from 08:15 to 16:00, you will become part of a close‑knit team dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s HR functions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the school’s internal data management system.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks in line with HR best practices.
- Communicate professionally with students, staff and parents.
- Carry out pre‑employment checks, chase references, issue offer letters and process DBS checks.
Required profile
- Previous experience working within a school environment.
- Genuine passion for education.
- Experience using the School Information Management System (SIMS) in an administrative capacity.
- Relevant HR experience in a school setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SIMS (School Information Management System).
