HR Advisor – Dynamic Role in Lift Industry

About the role

Orona Limited is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its small but mighty HR team. You will play a hands‑on role supporting managers and employees across a fast‑paced, global lift and escalator business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Handle employee‑relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance and family‑leave matters.
• Prepare HR documentation and advise on policies and procedures.
• Assist with updating and developing HR policies as required.
• Administer payroll and maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Support training and development initiatives, liaise with third‑party providers and deliver induction sessions.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team on projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor in the UK.
• CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience handling employee‑relations cases independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple activities in a fast‑changing environment.
• Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to attend offices across the UK and a full clean driving licence with own transport.
