HR Advisor – Employee Relations & Recruitment

About the role

The HR Advisor will provide first‑line HR support in a fast‑paced environment, helping to keep daily HR operations running smoothly. You will act as a key liaison between management and employees while contributing to recruitment, onboarding and policy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line advice on employee relations, absence management and performance issues.
• Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records and compliance documentation.
• Assist with updates to HR policies and contribute to wider HR projects.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between managers and staff on HR matters.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR role (HR Advisor or strong HR Assistant ready to step up).
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
