HR Advisor – Full‑time role in Gosport

About the role

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team in Gosport on a full‑time basis. You will help ensure compliance with HR policies, support managers and contribute to the development of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for staff up to management level across the UK.
• Liaise with external agencies and bodies, ensuring compliance, performance and cost criteria are met.
• Support managers in performance management, capability, disciplinary and attendance processes.
• Advise on legislation, policy, risk and best practice.
• Develop, implement and review employment policies in line with legislative changes.
• Compile and manage HR metrics such as attendance, retention and talent development.
• Create and deliver training materials related to local policies or initiatives.
• Improve HR administration processes including pensions, private health insurance and company car administration.
• Ensure employee personal data is accurate, secure and integrated with payroll.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of employment relations and legislation.
• Excellent communication, analytical and IT skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• CIPD Diploma preferred.
