HR Advisor – Organisational Change (3-6 month FTC)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join an existing HR team for a 3‑6 month fixed‑term contract. The role will focus on supporting organisational change consultations and delivering change programmes in line with employment legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and guidance on organisational change initiatives.
• Work closely with managers and stakeholders to design and implement change programmes.
• Manage a broad range of employee‑relations casework, including performance, absence, disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Ensure all actions comply with current employment law and commercial best practice.
• Deliver on‑site consultations for approximately one month, with hybrid working thereafter.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Ability to manage complex cases and support fast‑paced change activity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Availability to start no later than 1 September 2026.
