HR Analyst – 6 Month Fixed-Term (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Analyst on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support a global organisation’s HR technology landscape. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Manchester office, and focuses on automating and improving HR processes through AI and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes using AI and existing system functionality.
• Gather, document and analyse business requirements for HR technology upgrades.
• Support HR system users, troubleshoot queries and coordinate testing activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Produce reports and metrics to monitor trends and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience with HR systems, HR technology or as a Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred) and exposure to UKG.
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting system testing.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira is advantageous.
