About the role
Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is embarking on an 18‑month refurbishment that will transform the guest experience. We are seeking an HR and Learning & Development Manager to reimagine the people experience, shape the future people strategy, and build a world‑class team for this new era.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all HR functions including payroll, employee relations, engagement and learning & development.
- Partner with senior leaders across the hotel to align people initiatives with business objectives.
- Design and implement talent development programmes that support the refurbishment and long‑term growth.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies to build a high‑performing workforce.
- Maintain compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies.
Required profile
- A genuine passion for people and creating positive employee experiences.
- Strong competency across the full HR spectrum – payroll, L&D, engagement and employee relations.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure while maintaining a strategic mindset.
- Proven experience partnering with multiple business areas and influencing outcomes.
