HR and Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is embarking on an 18‑month refurbishment that will transform the guest experience. We are seeking an HR and Learning & Development Manager to reimagine the people experience, shape the future people strategy, and build a world‑class team for this new era.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions including payroll, employee relations, engagement and learning & development.
• Partner with senior leaders across the hotel to align people initiatives with business objectives.
• Design and implement talent development programmes that support the refurbishment and long‑term growth.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies to build a high‑performing workforce.
• Maintain compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for people and creating positive employee experiences.
• Strong competency across the full HR spectrum – payroll, L&D, engagement and employee relations.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure while maintaining a strategic mindset.
• Proven experience partnering with multiple business areas and influencing outcomes.
