HR and Recruitment Officer

About the role

Venn Group, a fast‑growing financial services firm, is looking for a highly organised and personable HR and Recruitment Officer. You will work closely with the C‑suite to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and people‑operations support as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, direct sourcing and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, ATS tracking and hiring workflow discipline.
• Lead onboarding, probation reviews, HR documentation and people administration.
• Support performance processes, employee relations and internal communication.
• Help build scalable HR processes, structure and a positive team culture in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination or people operations within a financial services setting.
• Strong organisational skills with a calm, dependable approach.
• Confidence in direct sourcing and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience working closely with leadership in a scaling SME environment.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• LinkedIn Recruiter.
