About the role
This permanent part‑time position supports the HR Support and Advice Shared Services Centre for NHS Fife. You will deliver responsive, professional HR advice to managers and staff on a range of topics, working both digitally and via phone or Microsoft Teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support on work‑life balance, retirement, terms and conditions, onboarding and non‑complex employee relations issues.
- Manage attendance, conduct, grievance, capability and bullying & harassment cases using the ServiceNow platform, telephone and Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
Required profile
- Experience in a fast‑paced, user‑focused HR service, preferably within the NHS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Awareness of employment legislation and HR policies.
