HR Business Partner, EMEA (Remote)

About the role

We are supporting a global technology organisation in their search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the EMEA division. Working remotely, you will operate at the heart of a complex, multinational environment, partnering with senior leaders to shape people strategy and organisational capability across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR partnership to managers and senior leaders, influencing people management and performance.
• Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, feedback and development initiatives.
• Support organisational change, continuous improvement and cultural evolution across geographies.
• Partner with leaders on talent identification, development, succession planning and retention.
• Contribute to reward and compensation alignment to attract and motivate talent.
• Analyse workforce data to generate insights and inform decision‑making.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing programmes.
• Ensure policy compliance and provide guidance on employment law.
• Lead or contribute to regional HR projects and collaborate with Group HR and Centres of Excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate people strategy into actionable plans.
• Experience delivering organisational change across teams or regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commitment to fair, inclusive and equitable people practices.
• Broad experience managing employee relations matters to resolution.
