HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our head‑office team in Bristol. Working closely with the HR Director and senior operations leaders, you will help shape and deliver a people agenda that aligns with business objectives and cultural values. The role is hybrid, offering three days on site and two days remote, and provides the chance to drive change in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic HR business partnering to support business strategy through change management, talent development and performance management.
• Develop people plans that align with business goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with HR Services and Centres of Excellence to provide tailored support.
• Provide consultancy to address people‑related challenges, risks and gaps.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention and productivity.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Use people data to inform decisions and forecast future workforce needs.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with all levels of the organisation.
• Strong leadership and emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Generalist HR experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience managing projects, stakeholder relationships and employee engagement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in managing projects and stakeholder relationships.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £70,000 and £72,500 per year.
