HR Business Partner

About the role

Make an impact as an HR Business Partner at Tradebe UK, a leading industrial recycling and circular economy group. Working from Birchwood Park, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver People & Culture solutions that drive performance, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness across UK divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the UK People & Culture Director in embedding the global People & Culture strategy and operating model.
• Partner with divisional leadership to design and implement solutions that maximise performance and support workforce planning.
• Lead a commercially‑focused Employee Relations service, providing expert advice, case management and tribunal‑ready documentation.
• Manage and deliver organisational change programmes, including restructures, transformations, acquisitions and cost‑base initiatives.
• Use data, analytics and evidence‑based practice to drive insight, improvement and data integrity for the People & Culture agenda.
• Coach and challenge senior managers to raise people‑leadership capability and manage risk.
• Oversee consistent application of performance, reward and bonus processes, including management of under‑performance.
• Embed health & safety, governance and compliance within all People & Culture activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a People & Culture Business Partner delivering measurable improvements in people management and business performance.
• Strong Employee Relations expertise, including performance management, complex casework and solid employment law knowledge.
• Ability to coach, influence and challenge senior leaders, driving capability, accountability and performance.
• Broad generalist HR experience across multiple functions.
