About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially‑minded HR Business Partner to join Office Angels in Hook. The role blends generalist HR expertise with a strategic talent‑acquisition focus, working closely with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice across the full employee lifecycle, including change management, talent management and workforce planning.
• Analyse people data and trends to inform decisions and improve organisational performance.
• Lead recruitment for a range of roles, develop proactive talent attraction strategies and design role profiles aligned to future needs.
• Identify skills gaps, support succession planning and forecast hiring requirements.
• Develop and implement retention initiatives, career development frameworks and learning programmes.
• Enhance employer branding through recruitment marketing, social media and digital channels.
• Build relationships with universities, colleges and training providers to support early‑career talent pipelines.
