About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) on a permanent basis to join our London Mission Critical team. You will provide strategic and operational HR support, acting as a trusted advisor to our leadership teams and shaping our people strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance on HR policies, people matters and support delivery of HR strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employment law, HR best practice and organisational change.
- Partner with leaders to drive a high‑performance culture and equitable people practices.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations and performance improvement.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent development to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, performance, development and off‑boarding.
- Oversee compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market strategy.
- Analyse HR metrics to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Lead HR projects, change initiatives and development programmes.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR role.
- Strong employee‑relations experience handling sensitive matters.
- In‑depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and compliance.
- Relevant industry experience, preferably within architecture, engineering or geospatial services.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects and support change initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
