HR Business Partner – North Bristol

About the role

Robert Half is partnering with an ambitious organisation in North Bristol to hire an HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of People, you will combine strategic insight with day‑to‑day HR delivery, helping the business grow while shaping a people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leaders to provide commercially focused HR advice and support.
• Lead and manage a wide range of employee‑relations cases, ensuring pragmatic, people‑focused outcomes.
• Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability and confidence.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and business growth initiatives.
• Help design and implement people initiatives across engagement, performance, talent and development.
• Review, develop and continuously improve HR policies, processes and practices.
• Use data and insight to inform decision‑making and identify improvement opportunities.
• Champion an inclusive culture where employees are supported to perform at their best.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
• Strong employee‑relations expertise with confidence handling complex cases.
• Proactive, pragmatic and solutions‑focused approach.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Coaching mindset with a genuine passion for developing managers and teams.
