HR Business Partner – People (Temporary)

About the role

Our client, a leading education provider, is seeking an enthusiastic HR Business Partner to support its people strategy in Egham. This temporary role will work closely with senior leaders to ensure HR initiatives align with the institution’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that drive organisational goals.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention activities to attract high‑quality staff.
• Analyse HR metrics and produce insights to guide decision‑making.
• Develop and deliver training programmes that enhance staff capabilities.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through communication and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory role, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
