HR Business Partner – UK & MEA

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as the senior HR leader for the UK site while supporting two additional EMEA locations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner with managers across the UK, Middle East and Africa to align people initiatives with commercial objectives and drive organisational change.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Lead the HR function for the UK site and provide HR support to two EMEA locations.
• Coach and develop managers on employee relations, performance management and leadership.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development programmes.
• Use HR data and people insights to identify trends and inform commercial decisions.
• Promote a positive culture, employee engagement and continuous improvement of HR policies.
• Ensure HR compliance and best practice across multiple sites.

Required profile

• Current experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Manager in a commercial environment.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above).
• Proven experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent employee‑relations knowledge.
