HR Change Programme Support – 6‑month Contract

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Change Delivery professional to support large‑scale transformation programmes within a high‑profile organisation. The role focuses on coordinating HR change activities across multiple workstreams rather than leading the end‑to‑end delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of HR and workforce change across several programme workstreams.
• Coordinate and track progress against plans, managing timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Assist with organisational restructures, redeployment, redundancy and related processes.
• Maintain programme documentation, including trackers, reporting packs and governance materials.
• Work closely with HR teams and programme leads to ensure a consistent change delivery approach.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and support mitigation planning.
• Provide practical guidance to managers on change processes and policies.
• Build effective relationships with HR colleagues, operational leaders and employee representatives.

Required profile

• Experience working within transformation programmes, PMO or project delivery environments.
• Exposure to HR or workforce change initiatives in a large, complex organisation.
• Hands‑on experience with organisational restructures, redeployment or redundancy programmes, TUPE or similar processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate workstreams, maintain RAID logs, trackers and reporting.
• Strong understanding of structured project or programme governance frameworks.
