HR Client & Partner Engagement Consultant - Hybrid

About the role

This position is a relationship‑led, commercially focused HR consultancy role. You will combine solid HR expertise with business‑development skills to build and grow client and partner relationships, identify new opportunities and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and strategy sessions.
• Identify opportunities for additional HR services, projects and system usage.
• Support and expand a developing partner network, including onboarding and engagement.
• Provide hands‑on HR support such as meetings, investigations and project work.
• Promote and support the use of HR platforms with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into revenue.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional with solid UK employment law knowledge.
• Strong relationship‑builder comfortable in client‑facing environments.
• Commercially aware with the ability to spot and develop opportunities.
• Confident networker and external business representative.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Tech‑savvy with an interest in HR systems/platforms.
• Flexible approach, including occasional out‑of‑hours networking.
