HR Client & Partner Engagement Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Client & Partner Engagement Consultant to join a dynamic HR services business. This relationship‑led, commercially focused role blends HR expertise with business development to build strong client and partner networks and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and strategy sessions.
• Identify opportunities for additional HR services, projects and system usage.
• Support and grow a developing partner network, including onboarding and engagement.
• Provide hands‑on HR support such as meetings, investigations and project work.
• Promote and support the use of HR platforms with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into revenue.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional with solid UK employment law knowledge.
• Strong relationship‑builder confident in client‑facing environments.
• Commercially aware with the ability to spot and develop opportunities.
• Comfortable networking and representing the business externally.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Tech‑savvy with an interest in HR systems/platforms.
• Flexible approach, including occasional out‑of‑hours networking.
