HR Client & Partner Engagement Consultant – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an HR Client & Partner Engagement Consultant to join a fast‑growing HR services business. The role blends HR expertise with business development, allowing you to build strong relationships, spot new opportunities and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and new partners.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and strategy sessions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional HR services, projects and system usage.
• Support the growth of a partner network and ensure effective onboarding.
• Provide hands‑on HR support such as meetings, investigations and project work.
• Promote and support the use of HR platforms with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into revenue.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional with solid UK employment‑law knowledge.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and confidence in client‑facing environments.
• Commercial awareness and ability to spot and develop business opportunities.
• Comfortable networking and representing the business externally.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible approach, including occasional out‑of‑hours networking.
