HR Consultant – Global Mobility Expert (Remote, $20‑$50/hr)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to act as a Global Mobility Expert on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on designing and refining AI training rubrics that capture employee travel, expatriate assignments, and cross‑border movement scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics for AI models covering employee travel and cross‑border movement.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications teams to align rubrics with organizational protocols and business continuity plans.
• Leverage crisis‑management experience to create realistic, multi‑stage scenario rubrics for AI training.
• Assess and refine model outputs, emphasizing structured reasoning, judgment under uncertainty, and response‑planning quality.
• Document best practices and contribute expertise to rubric development for enterprise‑level global mobility operations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR operations.
• Experience developing or evaluating rubrics with the ability to provide structured feedback for AI or data‑centric projects.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making skills in crisis management, emergency operations, or enterprise incident response.
• Familiarity with organizational workflows, including HR, security, and communications protocols.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and detail.
