HR Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a curious and analytical HR Consultant to join a specialist consultancy that works with public sector, healthcare and charitable organisations. The role is fully remote and permanent, offering the chance to tackle varied workplace investigations, cultural reviews and strategic HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support independent workplace investigations and reviews.
• Interview employees and senior stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
• Analyse complex information and produce clear, evidence‑based reports and recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients across a range of sectors.
• Support organisational development, culture and people‑improvement projects.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with an experienced team of consultants.

Required profile

• Previous experience in consultancy, investigations, employee relations, organisational development or a similar advisory role.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and report‑writing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• A professional, balanced and objective approach.
