HR Coordinator – Employee Engagement & Learning

About the role

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to drive employee engagement and learning initiatives within a dynamic team. The role will support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through development, ensuring a positive experience for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee engagement activities such as surveys, wellbeing programmes and onboarding sessions.
• Support delivery of learning and development programmes, CPD and mandatory training.
• Maintain learning and performance records in the HR system and produce accurate reports.
• Assist with performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
• Collect and analyse HR data to evaluate the impact of engagement and learning activities.
• Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role.
• Exposure to employee engagement and/or learning and development activities.
• Experience using HR systems and generating accurate reports.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable.
