HR Coordinator

About the role

This part‑time HR Coordinator position supports the full employee lifecycle while driving sustainability initiatives. You will work within a close‑knit team in Chichester, balancing traditional HR duties with environmental compliance and ESG reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and provide day‑to‑day HR administration.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee wellbeing programmes.
• Assist in managing ISO 14001 and FuturePlus sustainability accreditations.
• Collect and report carbon emissions, packaging waste, and other environmental data.
• Monitor sustainability KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance and promote sustainable practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR coordination (essential).
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Interest in sustainability, environmental compliance or ESG initiatives is advantageous.
